Felix and those working for him were all competent and personable. Our hardwood floors were a mess after the hot water radiators were removed. Now, they are beautiful again. Totally pleased with the service and results.

Wood Flooring Doctor was hired to repair a section of damaged floor in my house. Another company had done a shoddy repair on the same floor before and it didn't last a single month before the floor was warped all over again. I was in a bit of panic, since I had new tenants coming in a week. Owner Felix was professional, thorough, and had a manner that really instilled confidence in me that the job would be done right. He walked me through the process step by step, pointing out why the previous repair failed and what he would do differently. And the price was extremely fair to boot! Aside from the awesome branding/marketing, what really stood out to me was the presence Felix had as the face of the company I hired and the relationship he had with his crew. He introduced me to his crew members, told me a bit about them and what their roles were, and was present at the house at various points during the day to make sure the job was going well. Compare that to the last contractor (failed repair), who I only saw when he gave the estimate and when he collected a check at the end. When his subcontractor crew showed up, it felt like none of the concerns I had expressed with the contractor were known/communicated. And of course, the floor looks infinitely better than the last repair and I have a lot more confidence that it will hold.. The next time I need flooring work done, Wood Flooring Doctor is who I'm going to call. I recommend you call them too.

Felix was a pleasure to work with. Good communications and his crew did an outstanding job. We just moved into this house and the previous owner had stained the hardwood floors very dark, almost black. I was skeptical Felix could bring back the natural color. He did!

Felix and his team are AMAZING. We hired him for some hardwood floor add on, repair, and refinishing of most of our home. His knowledge and care for his trade were noticeable from the minute we started our consultation. He was extremely communicative and polite throughout the entire job. Felix (the wood flooring dr) was very professional and very easy to work with. He is very organized, punctual, and great at communication. He understood exactly what we wanted for our vision and he delivered beyond our expectations. We had carpet on top of hardwood in some of the rooms and unfortunately showed signs of staining and water damage from neglect. He worked his magic on our uneven, water damaged spots. He has great attention to detail and ensured all corners and closet spaces were evenly sanded and refinished. We are in love with our “new” floors!
